Sent three weeks ago. Still right.
One estate record makes every document a property company sells with, and PlotLine sends each one as a link. Change a price at head office and every brochure already sitting in a buyer’s WhatsApp shows the new one. Nobody re-sends anything.
The brochure is live. Its prices, plans and plots are read from the sample estate each time it opens.

GazetteGood evening. Here is Aspen Gardens, with every payment plan.
Thank you. Let me discuss it with my wife.
- Last week
- Head office changes the 12-month price. Nothing is re-sent.
- Today
Has anything changed since you sent this?
Open the same link, sir. It always shows today’s figures.
Change it once. Every link follows.
Prices, payment plans, launch pricing and which plots are gone live in one record. A document keeps no copy of any of them. It reads the record each time somebody opens it, so a link sent weeks ago is as current as one sent this morning.
- Head office changes one price
- Estate brochure
- Payment plan
- Realtor pack
- The PDF
- The WhatsApp card
Their name on it. Not their price.
Each realtor gets every document with their own name and number on it. None of them can change a price, a plan or a title status, so three hundred realtors send one brochure rather than three hundred versions of it.

The payment schedule is the main event.
Most brochures bury the payment plan. Here it is set more carefully than anything else, because it is the part a buyer actually studies and the part no designer can produce by hand for every realtor. This is the sample’s 450 sqm plot on the 12-month plan, calculated as the page loaded.
Payment schedule, 450 sqm plot, 12 months Payment Due Amount Balance Deposit 15 September 2026 ₦6,720,000 ₦15,680,000 Instalment 1 15 October 2026 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦14,373,333.34 Instalment 2 15 November 2026 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦13,066,666.68 Instalment 3 15 December 2026 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦11,760,000.02 Instalment 4 15 January 2027 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦10,453,333.36 Instalment 5 15 February 2027 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦9,146,666.70 Instalment 6 15 March 2027 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦7,840,000.04 Instalment 7 15 April 2027 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦6,533,333.38 Instalment 8 15 May 2027 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦5,226,666.72 Instalment 9 15 June 2027 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦3,920,000.06 Instalment 10 15 July 2027 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦2,613,333.40 Instalment 11 15 August 2027 ₦1,306,666.66 ₦1,306,666.74 Instalment 12 15 September 2027 ₦1,306,666.74 ₦0 Final instalment adjusted by ₦0.08 to clear the balance exactly.
Every row adds up to the price, to the kobo. Money is held as whole kobo throughout, never as a decimal, so no plan ever loses or gains a naira.

Title is restated, never verified.
PlotLine states the title a developer declares, instrument by instrument, in the order a buyer’s lawyer reads them. It does not verify title, and nothing it produces will ever say it does. That line is fixed in every document and no company can remove it:
- Gazette
- Deed of Assignment
Title and documentation status as declared by the developer. PlotLine reproduces this information and does not independently verify title. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence and search.

Ten documents, one record.
One estate record makes all of them, in one house style, so a brochure and an investment view can never disagree on a price.

Built for a phone, a data bundle and a WhatsApp preview.
Documents are made for WhatsApp on a mid-range Android phone over a slow connection, because that is where buyers read them. The sample brochure is 119 KB before its typeface, which is sent once and kept for a year. The site plan is drawn from the plot records rather than photographed, so it costs almost nothing to load and prints sharp.
A link pasted into WhatsApp shows a proper preview card with the estate, the place and the price, under the developer’s name, not ours. A PDF of the same document is one tap away for a buyer who wants a file.

The buyer’s link becomes their account.
Once a buyer commits, the link they already hold shows what they have paid, what is due next and which plots are theirs. Three rules protect that account:
- Their terms are frozen. A price change at head office never restates a buyer’s debt.
- Payments can only be added. A mistake is corrected by a reversal the buyer can see, not by editing history.
- No balance on a lock screen. A statement link shows no preview card at all.

How a developer starts.
PlotLine is new, and each developer is set up by hand: your estate entered from your own site plan and price list, your payment plans exactly as you set them, and your realtors added. From then on, head office runs it.
